  • Information that you provide to us for the purposes of fulfilling UK Anti Money Laundering requirements, such as ID documents and Proof of Address

  • Keep you informed about artists, art works and events that we think might be of interest to you

  • To carry out our obligations arising from any agreements entered into between you and us

  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

  • For security and to check your identity

  • To fulfill our “know our client” obligations & anti-money laundering checks

 

How do we keep your data secure?:

 

  • Your data is stored on an access controlled cloud system. 

  • Personal Data is stored either in our databases or in those of our service providers including hosting providers. In some cases, these databases may be stored on servers located outside the country.

  • We are committed to taking all appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data.

  • We endeavour to take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from external threats, however, please be aware that, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

 

How is your data shared?:

 

  • We will not share your personal data with any third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. 

How long will we keep your data?

 

  • We will only retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.

  • As required by UK Anti Money Laundering regulations your data collected for this purpose will be kept for five years from the end of the business relationship or from the date a transaction is completed.
